The fight for 3rd in the NFC West Arizona Cardinals vs. St. Louis Rams Battle for the third spot in the NFC West between the Arizona Cardinals who are currently 3 and 7 and the St. Louis Rams, who are trying to climb their way out of last place with a record of 2 and 8. Earlier in the season the Rams traveled to Arizona and took the game to overtime, but they lost by a last minute field goal from Cardinals kicker. With a win there the Rams would have won their second game in a row and that has not happened since early last year. Neither of these teams are playing well, poor defense and worse offense, the QB protection is nonexistent and this is the type of game that go either way. In the offense, the Rams would have the slight advantage because of all star running back Steven Jackson, who has had sparks of his old self, but mostly getting low yardage on high power runs, which tires him out quickly and the 4th quarter are usually a passing game. Vince Young looks to start for Eagles on Sunday Night Sunday Night Football this week should be a more than interesting game due to a few different things happening. The game which is being played at Metlife Stadium the home of the New York Giants will host the Philadelphia Eagles at 8:20pm Eastern Time and the game will be shown via NBC. So far for the Eagles the season has been more than disappointing with a record of 3-6 and they are 2-2 when playing on the road. They will be taking on the Giants who are 6-3 for the season and 3-1 when playing at home and that loss was against the Seattle Seahawks, but yet they somehow managed to go to New England and beat the Patriots 24-20.
