Benfica knows very well that after their last game, the world is pointing at them to go for the trophy, beating the Hertha Berlin 4-0 in a superb game. Prior to that game on their trip to Germany they tied 1-1 giving the Portuguese side an advantage in case of a tie in the second leg of that clash, but it was not necessary because of the 4-0 result. Benfica it’s sitting on the top spot in the Portuguese league so you do the math, of the class of team they are. “Las Aguilas” as they’re known have the top scorer in the league, Oscar Cardozo with 17 goals and 6 of them in the Europa League, making him the target for any team they’re playing. Also international Argentineans Pablo Aimar and Javier Saviola bring the sparks to that team with their Latin style. Last game against Hertha Berlin Aimar was playing in such a superb way that Argentina manager Diego Maradona is thinking on calling him to the friendly games, that Argentina is going to be playing prior the World Cup to see if he can gain a spot in the squad for the summer.
