Imagine you are the Utah Utes and you have to go to the “Big House” to face the Michigan Wolverines in your season opener.  Not a fun thought.  New Wolverine coach Rich Rodriquez will be looking to make a big splash opening night, and the targets are Utah.  Chad Henne and Mike Hart both return to Michigan for their senior year.  Both of these players look like they will be either a first or second round draft pick next season, but would like to end their final season at Michigan on a good note.  Henne through for over 1900 yards last season, including 17 touchdowns with nine interceptions.  Hart is one of the most explosive players in the nation, and should be at the Heisman Trophy presentation at the end of the year.  He averaged 5.1 yards per carry last year en route to a 1361 yard season.

Utah knows it has a tough chore ahead of them, and that’s why they are clear underdogs going into this game.  Last year Michigan lost to Appalachian State, but managed to have a very good season after that.  I don’t expect Michigan to have the same kind of let down here then they did last year.  I expect Michigan to win this one by about 20 or more.
