Philip Rivers looks to guide chargers past Jaguars

Well to be honest there is not much really to be said about this Monday Night football game other than it is the battle of two teams whom are having a terrible season.

The game is being played at the EverBank Field which was originally the Jacksonvilel Municipal Stadium and before that it was called the Alltel Stadium.

This stadium has been home to the Jaguars ever since 1995, but it also serves as host to various NCAA events, since 1996 it has been home of the Gator Bowl and since 1995 it has hosted the Florida vs. Georgia Football Classic.

If you really want to watch the San Diego Chargers play the Jacksonville Jaguars then the game is being played at 8:30pm Eastern Time and they game will be aired live via ESPN.

Both teams have had terrible seasons and I think it is the Chargers that need the win even more this Monday because they have now lost their last six games which is to me just straight up unacceptable.

For a team that started the season 4-1 you would have figured that the good play would have continued, but boy was that an incorrect thought.

They are now 4-7 for the season and 1-4 when playing on the road so it does not look too good for the Chargers who are 3rd in the AFC West.

Their opponents the Jacksonville Jaguars are 3-8 for the season and 2-3 when playing at home and they are currently number three in the AFC South division.

Both teams are in an extreme need of a win and it is the Chargers that are a three point favorite this Monday and the total for the game is thirty-nine.

Both teams know how to score and I for one am a fan of Philip Rivers and I think he will find a way to pull his team to the win over the Jaguars.

The only reason why I mainly like the Chargers to cover the spread is for the simple fact that they have played so poorly lately and need to get of the terrible losing streak.
