Tom Brady takes on Chiefs in order to try and add to Conference Wins

Gillette Stadium this Monday will be hosting Monday Night Football at 8:30pm and the game will be shown via ESPN. For the Patriots this game is extremely important since they are currently one game behind the Houston Texans for the Conference race. The Texans are leading their Division and the Conference with a mark of 6-2 whereas the Patriots are currently 5-2 in the Conference.

This will be an interesting matchup considering that these two teams the last time they played was on September 7th of 2008 and was played at Gillette Stadium with the New England Patriots winning the game 17-10.

This Monday I predict a whole different score especially since the spread right now is Patriots favorite by fourteen and a half points and the total is forty-six and a half points.

Tom Brady has been showing great form lately and that is why is team is 6-3 and lead the AFC East Division with a score of 3-1 and the poor old Kansas City Chiefs are last in the AFC West with a record of 2-2 and they are 3-4 when it comes to Conference play and have an overall losing record for the season standing at 4-5.

For the Patriots they are coming of a great win on the Road beating the New York Jets in New York by a score of 37-16 that win ended their losing streak of two games.

It was a much needed win after having lost first to Pittsburgh on the Road and then they lost to New York Giants at home which certainly sent shock waves thru the Patriots organization.

For the Patriots now the next three games should all be easy wins due to the teams they are playing are all struggling right now. Monday they will look to beat the Chiefs then they will play the Eagles and who knows if Vick will be back for that game on Nov 27th.

The third team that they should also beat and take their win streak to four games is the Terrible Indianapolis Colts.

I don’t see there being any reason why the Patriots will not cover the spread come Monday especially with Brady being on form again and they want to make a statement against a weak Chiefs squad.
