Trojans looking to put disappointing overtime loss behind them!

So this past weekend was a disappointing way for USC to close of the week with a loss to Stanford in triple overtime. For those who did not witness the end to the game it was not what they deserved because USC had simply outplayed Stanford for the entire game, but slipped coming down the stretch and that allowed Stanford come back and tie the game and send it to overtime.

For the first two overtimes the game went back and forth with both teams scoring Touchdowns on their drives and also converting the extra points. When time came for the third overtime teams are forced to go for a two point conversion after scoring a Touchdown and that is exactly what Stanford did and they went up by eight points, then came the turn for USC to match Stanford and it all looked like they would score the Touchdown and have the chance to once more extend the game to another overtime, but that is when it all went down the drain when the Trojans fumbled the ball in the End Zone and Stanford recovering it to end the game.

That loss to most teams could really lower their confidence, but in the case of the Trojans all this will do is to fuel their desire to get back onto the field and try and smack around some other team. That might just be the scenario this Friday when the Trojans travel to Colorado to face the Buffaloes which is having a terrible season and is probably the worst team in the Pac-12 and is among the worse in the Nation with a record of 1-8 and they are 0-5 in Conference play.

There is no reason why the Trojans whom are 6-2 for the season not to pick up their fourth win in the Pac-12 considering they are a twenty one and half points favorite over a terrible Colorado. The Trojans are for sure taking the loss in a good way because they went head to head against one of the best teams in the nation so I don`t see why there would be any reason for them not to rump the Buffaloes which you can see via ESPN at 9pm Eastern.
