Monday night football will be played at the Land Shark Stadium, Miami against the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins. This game is scheduled at 8:30 pm eastern time and will be national televised on ESPN.
The New York Jets, after 3 weeks unbeaten, just lost last Sunday 10-24 playing on the road against New Orleans Saints, another team that looks really sharp and still does not lose a game in this season. They are 4-0 so far, something that they don’t do since 1993 when they won their first 5 games. The saints found the way to stop rookie Mark Sanchez in the 2nd part of the game to just 5 of 13 passing with 2 interceptions.
On the other hand, Miami is playing at home again. They just beat the Buffalo Bills 10-38 last Sunday, playing at home and after losing their first 3 season games. Now they are receiving the Jets, in a match that personally, I think Miami can beat NY as they are playing at home and got a very competitive team that actually won the AFC east last season. Despite the history goes against the Dolphins – in the last 10 years they have played 16 games against each other with 11 wins for the Jets and only 5 for Miami- I think Miami can make it at home, even when the Jets are favorites -1½.
