Philip Rivers will look to get win number five against Kansas City Chiefs

Monday Night Football now there is something that pretty much everyone in the World can relate to; I`m pretty sure that there are not many people out there on the planet that watch sports that have never watched a Monday Night game. Even for people that don`t like football or know the rules of football, most of them at one point in their lives have actually watched a game; whether it was just parts of it or the entire game. I can speak for my own because my own dad would always say that American Football as we call it in Europe was boring and blah blah, but what do you know he had never actually watched a game himself. Then after he watched an entire game he actually admitted to having enjoyed the game, but to be honest I don`t think he watches the games unless I am at home and have it on the TV.

This Monday we will have the San Diego Charges taking on the Kansas City Chiefs at the Arrowhead Stadium which will be shown on ESPN at 8:30pm Eastern Time. Right now it is the San Diego Chargers that are a four point favorite to win the game and the total is at a pathetic forty-four points. For a team like the Kansas City Chiefs it is hard to tell if that is an insult to them, considering they are playing at home and that they have also won their last three games, two of them being on the road. Though their second win in a row was against the worst of the league, the Indianapolis Colts, and they only beat them with a score for 28-24, so that left much to ponder.

Personally, I think it will be the San Diego Charges that will win the game and cover the spread because, not only is Philip Rivers playing well, but they should have won last week against the New York Jets, which would have been their fourth win in a row. They blew away the lead last week so this week is redemption time for them and time to prove that they can win games on the road and hold onto the lead.
