Sunny Sunday at Green Bay looking dark for St Louis St Louis Rams (0-4) at Green Bay Packers (5-0) The Green Bay Packers will host the St Louis Rams this Sunday afternoon in what might be called a creepy and dark afternoon for the Rams. This game is another chance for Green Bay to prove the league they’re looking to repeat on back to back Superbowl appearances and well, this is a chance for St Louis just to travel to Wisconsin and try not to look that bad on the field as all this season and the seasons before. |

There’s not much to be said about the reigning champions of the league, they seem to have it all, with an offensive trident hardly ever shut down and a defensive team that seems to be getting a little better after being exposed by the Saints and Panthers on the first 2 weeks of the season. And if they can fix that issue with the allowed passing yards per game (ranked 30th on the league), count on them to be at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on February. Aaron Rodgers has an incredible 71.67% on completions, 1721 total passing yards and 14 touchdowns, plus 2 rushing TD’s. Wide receivers Greg Jennings, Jermichael Finley and Jordy Nelson complete Green Bay’s offensive trident combining for 1058 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. In St Louis the sky is not bright at all, with a still in-formation quarterback as Sam Bradford (849 passing yards and 3 touchdowns) is and with a poor offensive production who still waits for Stephen Jackson (124 rushing yards and 1 TD) to wake up and take the weight on his shoulders as he has done last couple of seasons. And if it wasn’t enough, their defense is one of the most permissive ones on the league, ranked almost last in every aspect, and being realistic, judging by the numbers the Rams are among the lowest performers this year and I don’t see them improving much this season. The Packers average 429 produced yards per game and 375.6 allowed, 34.6 scored points against 22.2 received. The Rams on the other side of the field, have achieved a 280 average per game but permitted 404.5, and they have an average of 11.5 scored points and 28.3 received. The game line has Green Bay as a 14½ point favorite and the total set on 47½ points. This game has Green Bay minus the points and over on the total written all over. Enjoy the game.
