The last game of the day is a re-match between two powerful teams. I can tell that there was some rivalry built up between these two teams. The Oregon Ducks and the Boise State Broncos are going to play again in the first night of action. The game will be kicked off at 10:15 PM ET and Boise State will be the home team. It is going to be televised on ESPN and ESPN 360.
Based on his work with Oregon’s fast-paced offense over the past two seasons, there’s little reason to believe the Ducks will suffer a drop-off. Right now they are having a transition in which Chip Kelly makes goes from coordinator to head coach which is huge step for them.
Important facts about Oregon includes that they finished seventh in the country in scoring offense (41.9 points per game) behind the running tandem of Jeremiah Johnson and LeGarrette Blount, which led the nation’s second-ranked rushing offense (280.1 yards per game). On the other hand the Broncos returned 12 starters (six on the offense and six on defense), and that is enough to make them the favorite to win their seventh WAC title in eight years. Coach Chris Petersen, though, just wants his team to concentrate on the Ducks.
The game is pretty well balanced in terms of offense and defense, but I really think that Oregon is going to get this one in the face of Boise State. The odds are ready for taking some action, the Live Lines are up and running. Take the time to get some action on the game. More line information here.
