Monday Night Football Wild West Shootout, Redskins vs. Cowboys

For those who did not see last weekend games you missed out on a great comeback win by the Dallas Cowboys when they came back and beat the San Francisco 49ers in overtime, with a final score of 27-24. Though they got a much needed win since they lost their first game of the season at the New York Jets by a single Field Goal 27-24 the win came with a lot of downsides considering that their Star Quarterback Tony Romo got injured in the Win.

The Dallas Cowboys even though their Quarterback is doubtful for the game on Monday are still favorites by five and a half points to win against the Washington Redskins who have won both of their first two games, so you tell me does that mean that Romo will play or not? It could also just be that Dallas playing at home is a much better team overall than the Redskins whether their Star takes to the field or not. I for one would rather fancy taking the Redskins on the Spread and take my chances there, the total for the game right now is forty-six and if you ask me that could be a lot , but only if Romo does not play, if he was to play then I like the total to go over.

So far this season the Washington Redskins went ahead and beat the New York Giants in their first game at home 28-14, then their second game was also played at home and they won that one 22-21 over the Arizona Cardinals. Here is the tricky part about the Monday Night game that it is the first road game for the Redskins and it will be interesting to see how they manage to handle themselves at a Stadium that should for sure be slam packed for this great matchup.
