Glass Bowl Boise State Broncos face Toledo Rockets Friday is also another College Football night with two games being played, one being a lot more interesting than the other. Both games are being played at 8pm Eastern Time, the game that does not really interest me one single bit is that of Iowa State against UConn, that game will be shown on ESPN2 and the Huskies are -4.5 to win the game, but for me I don`t think that it would be a bad idea to grab Iowa State at +4.5. Well that is about enough said about that game and let`s focus more on the other game that will also be played at 8pm Eastern Time, the game that I am talking about is that of Boise State Broncos against the Toledo Rockets these two teams will face of for the Glass Bowl and the game will be shown Nationally on ESPN. |

Boise State is currently ranked fourth in the Nation and are a favorite by seventeen points over the Toledo Rockets, but we all know that the Rockets can play some pretty descent football. The Rockets nearly pulled of a huge upset this past weekend when they gave the Ohio State Buckeyes a run for their money in a close game that finished 27-22 in favor of Ohio State. The First game of the Rockets this season was a loop sided win over New Hampshire with a score of 58-22 so that proves they can score, but there is no way that they can keep up with the high powered offense of Boise State. Boise State started off their season this year with a nice upset over Georgia in Athens where they beat the Bulldogs 35-21 and that is one of the worst beatings Georgia has been handed a long time at home. For the match here against Toledo if we look back to last year when they faced each other on October 9th it was all Boise State that took home the win with a final score of 57-14 and the way the Broncos looked their first game this year’s outcome could be very similar to last years beating. |
